Beginning on March 30, The SMOOTH JAZZ NETWORK® will go ALL NEW MUSIC evenings, nights and weekends. The network will also be adding 25 percent more new music to their current playlist. Daytime programming will continue to include approximately 65% new music.
Network President and Founder Allen Kepler stated: “I was trying to think of a way we can better support our smooth jazz family of artists who rely heavily on playing gigs and touring. With the Coronavirus rattling our lives and live concert performances out of the mix for a while, the primary connection artists have with current and new fans is radio, streaming and downloads. With this deeper emphasis on new music and new artists, our network can serve as stress relief for the listeners, while also showing stronger support for new artists and new music.”
The SMOOTH JAZZ NETWORK® is heard on over 40 FM and FM-HD-2 Radio affiliates and streams across the US, extending to Panama and Zambia. https://www.smoothjazznetwork.com/stations.
