A recent article in FOOD & WINE caught our eye... There's a California Creamery claiming that playing soft (smooth) jazz while milking their goats is creating amazing goat cheese! The Creamery's dairy direcotr Ryan Andrus says that the music creates a calming routine for the goats and reduces their stress, thus helping them to produce better milk.
