A few years ago Kenny and I were working on a project together and he showed me a video of his son Max playing guitar. This was when Max was just starting out in college and Kenny told me he felt Max would do well at whatever he chose. Well, now it looks like Max Gorelick is following in dad's footsteps, sort of. Max's dad Kenny is literally the "King of Smooth" selling over 75 million records worldwide throughout his career of recording sultry saxophone melodies. Max, is taking a different direction fronting his progressive metal band called "The Mantle".
