Mindi Abair has released a music video for her first single off of her upcoming album, "Forever" due out March 18th.
From YouTube:
"The song "Alive" represents a coming back to myself as a solo artist, living my best life and knowing what I stand for. I recorded this in Los Angeles the first week of March 2020. We knew there was an impending pandemic, but we had no idea what was to come. I wrote this as an anthem reveling in life and the pursuit of living it fully. It’s an instrumental, but the chorus lyrics “I’m Alive” are sung via my saxophone. I hope you feel the same emotion I feel playing it." - Mindi Abair
The band: Abe Laboriel, Jr.: drums, Tim Pierce: guitar, Sean Hurley: bass, Rodney Lee: keyboards, Background Vocals: The Rainbows (Mindi Abair, Steve Perry, Melanie Taylor, Abe Laboriel, Jr.)
