Brian Culbertson Starts GoFundMe for Northern California Fire Victims

October 12, 2017

Brian Culbertson is doing what he can to bring a community of people together to support the thousands affected by the devastating and deadly wildfires burning in northern California.

Thousands of people have lost their homes in northern California this week as the fires continue to burn across the valley. This news is constantly updating, but as of Thursday afternoon CNN reports 27 people are dead and at least 3,500 structures burned. People are still being evacuated.

Artist and founder of the Napa Valley Jazz Getaway Brian Culbertson has started a GoFundMe page to help the victims. He's set a goal of $25,000 to raise for the Napa Valley Community Foundation.

The 501c3 non-profit set up the Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund in 2014 to provide services for more than 12,000 earthquake victims. The area can surely use their help again now.

Their website has additional links for emergency services and local news updates, find that here
